Initial phone consultation (15 mins): No Charge
Individual Therapy (60 mins): 130.00
Family Therapy (60mins): 150.00
Insurance policies accepted: Cigna
Private Pay: If you are not in network with the above insurance provider you will be given a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed. I recommend checking with your carrier to find out your coverage.
All private pay clients are entitled to a good faith estimate outlining the cost of their treatment.

Cash, check, all major credit cards, health saving accounts (HSA), and flexible spending accounts (FSA).
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand by contacting my office. Otherwise, you may be charged up to the full rate of your session.
